The reverse depicts a young Geralt of Rivia during one of his first encounters with a monster – a fight against a striga in a dark cemetery. The dynamic composition captures the witcher in the midst of battle, surrounded by numerous tombstones and elements of the eerie cemetery scenery.
The rich relief conveys the atmosphere of the moonlit cemetery, filled with tombstones, crypts and intricate details. Particular attention is drawn to the moonstone insert, which imitates the glow of the moon. Remarkably, the stone has been positioned so that the moon is visible from both the obverse and reverse of the coin, creating a cohesive connection between the two scenes.
The obverse depicts the estate of the witcher Preston Holt – a monumental residence surrounded by a nocturnal landscape. The intricate relief highlights the architecture and details of the surrounding world.
